Managing records for the Creators you represent.

Can I claim and manage my Creators’ records for them?

Yes, if you have access to the Creator’s social account with their permission. The person who controls that account can manage its record. Otherwise, ask the Creator to claim it. For a Creator under 18, a parent or legal guardian must act for them.

Why can’t I? I have their permission.

We check control of the social account. We do not check the person’s identity separately. Permission from the Creator alone does not replace that sign-in step. You can still submit your list of Creators. We will let you know as their records are ready for them to claim.

How do I get my whole roster on the Graph?

Go to For Agencies and send your details and Creator list. For each Creator, send only the handle and platform. We build records from public information. We email you when they are live so you can ask your Creators to claim them. https://creatorgraph.sparkonomy.com/for-agencies/

Will my agency name and website show on their records?

Yes, if the Creator chooses to show them. After claiming, they can add your agency name and website under “Managed by”. It is their choice.

Do you contact my Creators directly? What do you say to them?

We do not contact Creators on your behalf or send them a sales pitch. They may receive a short notice that their record exists. It explains how to claim, correct or remove it. We also tell you when your submitted records are live, so you can let your Creators know.

What happens to the record when a Creator leaves my agency?

The Creator can update “Managed by” after they leave. The person who controls the social account controls that field. An agency does not get separate editing rights just by being listed.

Can I remove a Creator I no longer represent?

Please ask the Creator to update “Managed by”. If that is not possible, send a correction request for our team to review. Being their former agency does not let you remove their record.

A record on my roster has wrong numbers. Who fixes it?

For a linked account checked through official sign-in, the figures update from the platform. If a number still looks wrong, report it through Correct this record. Anyone can report an error. Our team reviews reports before making changes.

Can I set the AI terms for a Creator who hasn’t claimed yet?

No. The person setting the choices must first show that they control the social account. For someone under 18, that must be a parent or legal guardian. Before a record is claimed, no AI choices are declared.

What data do you want from me, and what do you do with it?

We ask for your name, work email, mobile number and Creator list. We check the mobile number with a code. For each Creator, we need only their handle and platform. We use the list to build records and tell you when they are ready. Your agency details are public only if a Creator chooses to show them.

Can I see other agencies’ rosters or Creators I don’t manage?

You can see the same public records as everyone else. You cannot see another agency’s private Creator list, and they cannot see yours. There is no agency dashboard today.

Can I export or download Graph data for a pitch?

Yes. You can print a record, take a screenshot or link to it in a pitch. A live link is useful because it shows the latest details. A printout may become out of date.

Does this replace or compete with the media kits I already send?

No. Your media kit and pitch still matter. OCG gives people a public record to check alongside them. You can add a link to it in your media kit.

Do brands use this instead of coming to me?

If the Creator lists your agency under “Managed by”, a brand can use that route to contact you. OCG helps people find the Creator and their chosen contact route. It does not manage the deal.

Is there a fee for agencies, now or later?

No. Signing up as a talent partner and submitting your Creator list is free and stays free.

When will managers get their own access?

There is no separate manager login for this yet. Agencies can submit Creator lists. Creators claim and manage their records through their social accounts.

Can two agencies both be listed on one Creator?

A record shows one “Managed by” agency at a time. The Creator chooses which agency to list.

What if a Creator disputes what I submitted about them?

The list you submit contains only a handle and platform for each Creator. We build the record from public information. Once the Creator claims it, they can fix the details. They can also ask for the record to be removed.

Can I add a Creator who is under 18?

You can suggest their handle. A parent or legal guardian must claim and manage the record, even if the child gives you permission. We rely on the social platform’s age rules. The parent or guardian confirms that they have the right to act for the child. When they mark the claimed record as a child’s account, all six AI settings start at Prohibited. They can change them if they choose. We never assume the child has agreed to AI use.

Is there an API or a bulk feed for agencies?

There is no public API or bulk feed today. Please use the website. A bulk copy could keep data after a Creator removes their record. That is why we do not provide a downloadable copy of the whole Graph.
