Your record has three useful forms:
• A public page: people can read about you, your accounts and your AI choices.
• Data for machines: search and AI tools can read the same information in open formats.
• A certificate: you can download a digitally signed record of your six AI choices and linked accounts.
Certificates enter a public log designed to reveal changes. Groups of log entries get an independent timestamp through an EU eIDAS-compliant service. This helps show what you said and when. It does not prove every fact on the page or replace copyright.
For developers: JSON-LD describes identity and accounts. XML carries the consent file. Registry JSON helps check IDs and declarations. TDMRep signals text-and-data-mining choices.
