Your AI choices
Allowed, Conditional and Prohibited, and what each one means.
What do name, image, likeness, voice, movement and signature mean?
You can set separate choices for these six parts of your identity: • Name: your real name, work name or stage name. • Image: real photos and recordings of you. • Likeness: something that looks like you, such as a drawing or an AI copy. • Voice: what you sound like, including a copy of your voice. • Movement: gestures or ways of moving that people know you by. • Signature: your signature, autograph or handwriting. For example, you can allow use of your name but say no to voice cloning. These choices are about your identity. Copyright still protects your videos, songs and other work.
What does AI consent mean? Explain it simply.
Consent means permission. You can say how AI may use your name, image, likeness, voice, movement and signature. For each one, choose Allowed, Conditional or Prohibited. These are your rules for AI use. They do not hide your public page from ordinary search.
What is the difference between Allowed, Conditional and Prohibited?
You can choose a setting for each part of your identity: • Allowed: “AI may use this.” This includes training AI and making new versions, such as a voice clone. • Conditional: “AI may show the real me. Ask before making an AI version of me.” This includes asking before training AI to make that version. For example, your real photo can identify you, but an AI copy of your face needs permission. • Prohibited: “AI must not use this.” This covers showing it in AI answers, training on it or making a copy. You can mix the settings and change them later. These are your published choices. They do not physically block misuse.
If I say “Prohibited”, will people stop finding me?
Your public record can still appear in ordinary search. Prohibited tells AI not to use that part of your identity, including in AI answers. For example, AI that follows your rules would not describe you if your name is Prohibited. If you want AI to show the real you but ask before making a copy, read the Conditional choice.
Is OCG only a way to opt out of AI training?
No. You can say yes, set conditions or say no for each part of your identity. For example: “Show my real photo, but ask before making an AI version of my face. Do not clone my voice.” These choices cover identity use. They are not a licence for all your songs, videos or artwork.
Can a Creator attach a price or licensing contact for AI use?
Yes. You can put a price, a link to your rate card or a contact for permission requests in Licence Terms. A rate card is your list of prices. You set the terms, not Sparkonomy. Any deal is between you and the person asking to use your identity.
Why make OCG free for smaller Creators?
OCG is for Creators of every size. Smaller Creators often have less help, so free access matters. You do not need a set follower count or plans to buy another product.
